MiniTracer (MTF)
MiniTracer (MTF) is a constant wattage cable that can be used for freeze protection and temperature maintenance of pipework and vessels. It has a maximum temperature of 200°C (392°F).
MiniTracer (MTF) is particularly suited to applications requiring longer circuit lengths than those available for MicroTracer (EMTF).
MiniTracer (MTF) has Factory Mutual (IEEE) approval for use in non-hazardous and hazardous areas.
MiniTracer (MTF) has a fluoropolymer outer jacket (MTF-CF) and so offers excellent corrosion resistant properties.
MiniTracer (MTF) can be cut-to-length on site to match exact piping lengths without any complicated design considerations.
Example of Applications
- Process Pipework
- Refrigeration
- Small instrument impulse analyser lines
Benefits
- Can be cut-to-length
- Available for 110V and 240VAC
- Power outputs up to 50W/m
The installation of MiniTracer (MTF) is quick and simple and requires no special skills or tools. Termination, splicing and power connection components are all provided in convenient kits.
