Heat Trace achieves ISO 14001 Certification
Following a rigorous auditing process, Heat Trace have achieved ISO 14001 certification. This demonstrates that our Environmental Management System meets the high standards set by the International Organisation for Standardisation.
ISO 14001 is the most widely recognised environmental management system standard in the world, providing a framework for organisations to continually improve their environmental performance. Certified companies must demonstrate their commitment to controlling the environmental impact of their activities, maintain compliance with legislation, minimise their environmental footprint and identify ways to continuously improve.
The environment and reducing our impact on it, is important to everyone at Heat Trace and so this certification is viewed as an important achievement by the team at Heat Trace. Heat Trace Operations Manager David Waldron says, 'The four-day certification audit, conducted by NQA, was very supportive process which helped to refine our EMS. Heat Trace has a big thank you to give to all involved with establishing the EMS and gaining this certification. We should all be very proud of this achievement.'
With offices, distributors or representation in over 50 countries, we can provide a variety of associated products and services to complement our heat tracing product range.
