Heat Trace recruit new Managing Director

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Wylie as Managing Director of Heat Trace Ltd in the UK.

Keith comes from a practical engineering education in the Royal Air Force before working with Heat Trace earlier in his career, in charge of UK Engineering and Sales Management before progressing to Project Manager. Having left Heat Trace in 2019 Keith has gone on to work in Project Management with a major UK based energy company, progressing to Contracts Manager in his final 4 years with them.

Keith returns to Heat Trace, with a good knowledge of the product range and with considerable experience in project acquisition and delivery which is a key focus for Heat Trace in developing their approach to complete process heating solutions.

I will be working hard with our highly skilled teams throughout the business to further enhance the potential of the business as a global leader in the development and supply of trace heating technology. The brand is strong and so my focus is to build upon our existing relationships and enhance our local and global reach to deliver a sustainable business for the future.”

Simon Ellam will assume a chairman role with Heat Trace, along with a number of the group’s UK companies.

Heat Trace have been part of the NIBE Element Group since 2021 with a remit to produce and develop trace heating products for the global market.
