Micro Uniclip
The MICRO UNICLIP is power termination or splicing system for use with Heat Trace's Freezstop Micro self regulating heating cable. No special tools are needed to perform a neat, convenient an simple termination.
Junction Boxes
Heat Trace supply quality junction boxes only as part of a complete Heat Trace system. Robust and corrosion resistant plastic enclosures are supplied for use in safe (non-hazardous) or hazardous (Zone 1 or Zone 2) areas.

The enclosures, when used in hazardous areas, provide type EExe protection (increased safety) as per British Standard BS5501 Part 6 and IEC Standard EN50019 "Electrical Appatratus for Potentially Explosive Atmospheres".

The boxes, as part of the overall Heat Trace System, meet the requirements of IEC62086, "Electric Surface Heating".
Termination Kits
Standard termination kits include a plastic (or brass) gland, either of which may be adapted to suit safe area or hazardous area conditions. A silicone end boot to provide a safe and electrically sound termination of the remote end of the heating cable is also provided. Crimps, Caution (warning) labels and instructions are included as standard.

Laminated plastic ident labels are generally project specific and are manufactured accordingly. All languages, therefore, are available to order.
Caution Labels are available in English, German and Hebrew.

Destu
Direct Entry Sealed Termination Unit

The DESTU system, for safe and hazardous areas, reduces the risk of damage to heating tapes at termination points as it avoids exposing the heating tape as it emerges from the thermal insulation for connection into the junction box. DESTU is available for power termination, in-line splice and tee splice terminations.
ATEX approval applied for.

Heat Transfer Cement

KONDUCT thermal transfer cement has been successfully supplied for over 30 years worldwide to the Chemical Processing, Petroleum, Power, Steel and other Strategic Industries.

KONDUCT was originally developed as a replacement to costly steam jacketed vessels, pipelines, pumps etc.

KONDUCT is most commonly used as a heat transfer medium on steam tracer lines and external plate coil systems, producing a dramatic improvement in heat transfer, resulting in reductions in the number of Tracer Lines and in the size of plate coils required.

Use of KONDUCT can, in fact, increase the efficiency of steam tracing up to a similar order to that obtainable by steam jacketing, but at much less cost.

Similar results are also possible when using KONDUCT in conjunction with external cooling systems.

KONDUCT is very simple to apply and safe to handle.
