April 2005 –Project Tracking System

Winning major projects is one of the prime objectives of HTL. A Project Tracking System is now being initiated that we believe will be instrumental in increasing the number of projects won by HTL and our partner companies. Of course, winning major projects against international competition is not always straight forward - particularly when several organisations, located in different countries/regions, are involved. The aim of the Project Tracking System is to ensure that we have a co-ordinated strategy, involving all relevant regions. This will ensure that HTL has the opportunity to bid for more of these international projects. With such an innovative and comprehensive range of products, we are confident that we can compete effectively in a global market.
To achieve this objective requires the close
co-operation and active participation of all our overseas
Affiliates, Partners and Agents. Of course, all of those
involved in successful projects will be rewarded accordingly
and a system is in place to ensure that this happens. More
details on the Project Tracking System will shortly be available
in our Partner's Section on the Heat Trace website. http://www.heat-trace.com/sup_partners.html
The Project Tracking System will come under the Marketing Department's responsibility. Miss Lyndsay Wray will be the liaison person within the Department who will co-ordinate the Project Tracking System activities and she will welcome your co-operation.
April 2005 – 30 Years On!
May 2004 saw Heat Trace celebrating 30 years in the industry! Over those 30 years Heat Trace has continued to grow, not only in size and turnover, but technologically and in reputation. The fact that we have been around for 30 years doesn't necessarily make us the leader....although the experience does help and we are, after all, ahead of the competition in lots of ways! What has promoted our continued existence and growth is....people..... not just those employed by Heat Trace, but all of the customers and business contacts, with whom we have built strong and lasting relationships over the years.
Of course, business relations are all important and it is true to say that it is easier to keep an existing customer, than it is to find a new one! It is equally important, therefore, to keep our customers interested in HTL as a company, as well as a potential supplier. We believe that this e-newsletter is one method that can help us to achieve this and to contribute to the
continued growth and success of our company.
So, if you have a friend or colleague, or a client, who you think would be interested to receive regular copies of HOTLINE, then please let us know. Meanwhile, why not forward your copy on to them using the boxes at the end of this newsletter?
Finally, thank you for taking the time to read this e-newsletter. If you have any comments, then please let us know....your feedback really is important!
With 2004 coming to a close, we hope that you have had a happy and successful year...and that 2005 brings us all the growth and success we desire!
